Using “TommyLogs" resources to publicize your work ,business and connect with new customers, you agree to the following terms of conditions. These Terms of Conditions shall be a legally binding agreement between the User (provider) and Administrator, which subject is a provision of access to use Resource and to its functionality to the User.

Definitions of Terms.

We or us: It refers to “TommyLogs Administrator” as an organization Logs Provider or You : Any person or company who post ads or make order through TommyLogs resources in accordance with our terms and policies Ads: Business advert, posting it details or order for it through our resources. Resources: Website, mobile application, web application and social media accounts. Account: Ads Provider or User registered account to identify each ads posted or user that make order through resources. Payment: We charge for Ads via adding money to wallet via payment gateway.. Profile: Ads Provider personal and business details to be submitted, edit and update through resources.

Use of resources by You

You agree: ,

With terms and policies of using resources.

You are to signup, have account via resources for posting ads or order for products or services.

You will require to update your profile by providing personal and business details such as full name, email address, business location etc.

Under 15 year-old are not allowed to sign up and use our resources

You (provider) are responsible for posting of ads, providing required information and answer customer question(s), giving details of business or work. And you (user) are responsible to ask provider genuine product details, office or business location and meeting point.

You shall not illegally post, distribute or provide access to or in any other way use intellectual property of providers and the third parties.

You shall not use software and pursue any other actions aimed to interference with normal operation of the Resource or Provider or Users personal data.

You shall not collect and processing of providers’ or users’ personal data illegally.

You acknowledge that you are entitled and authorized for sale, showcase, distribution or export products, or offer services described in provider post content, and such sale, services, distribution or export, or offer does not infringe any Third party rights.

We have absolute discretion to suspend or remove user account.

We are not responsible for any indirect content, loss of appointment, service price , payment and wrong information. Your feedback, question or complain should be forward to support@TommyLogs.com.ng

Accepting terms and condition

This terms of use forms a legally binding contract between You and us (TommyLogs) in relation to use of resources to post ads,make order or showcase skill.You acknowledge that We will, solely at Your direction, display and make Your posted ads(s) available for viewing and purchase of product by users. Privacy and Information

Data collected or used pursuant to this terms of use, is in accordance with Lomee’s Privacy Policy.

In order to continually innovate and improve resources, we may collect certain usage statistics data from resources to improve functionalities of resources.

The data collected is used in connection of providers and customers (users), also in the aggregate to improve resources.

Changes to the terms and conditions

Changes to this terms and condition can take effect at any time without notice to providers oruser but they have opportunity to decline further use of resources. You should look at the terms of use and check for notice of any changes regularly.
